Help when you need it.

Open the document and select Review & approve. A competent person must review the full current revision, confirm site details and controls, and record their name and role. The approval date is recorded on the issued PDF. Edits, regeneration or translation return it to Draft for another review.

Open Profile, upload your PNG, JPG or WebP logo and save it. Your company name and logo appear in subsequent PDF downloads, including existing documents, shared copies and ZIP packs.

Download the PDF and attach it to an email in your usual email app. On supported phones, Share PDF can hand the attachment directly to your chosen email app.

Open a document in your Library and choose Share PDF. Once the PDF is ready, tap Share PDF again and choose WhatsApp in your device’s share menu. If your browser cannot share files, choose Open WhatsApp: the PDF downloads and WhatsApp opens. Attach the downloaded PDF yourself before sending. Sharing happens only when you choose the app and recipient.

Your question progress saves while you work online. Use Save & leave for a confirmed save, then choose Continue unfinished jobs in the Library when you return. A not-saved message means you need to reconnect and retry. Unfinished question drafts are separate from the saved documents.

Choose Document output language in the builder, or Document / PDF language above Download PDF in the document view. English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and English with each regional language are available. Changing language rebuilds the job’s documents from the saved answers, replaces manual text edits and opens them for review. AI drafts translate job-specific details too; older template drafts may retain your original answer wording. The document view identifies which kind of draft you are reading. Review translations before issue.

Your saved documents stay unchanged when AI generation fails or the testing allowance is reached. Keep your question progress saved and retry later. Guided questions can continue if the interview AI is unavailable. AI-assisted drafts and template drafts are clearly labelled.

Choose Edit to reopen the job questions with your answers filled in. Choose Edit text for wording changes. Save text changes before downloading or sharing. Rebuilding from questions replaces manual text edits in the affected documents.

Tap an answer field and use the microphone on your phone’s keyboard if available. Check the dictated text before continuing, especially names, measurements and equipment details.

Every generated document starts as a working draft. Recording your own competent-person review does not mean HazardDocs certifies the work. A competent person must confirm the actual site, arrangements, outstanding details and applicable requirements before issue. The job name, document number, revision and page count appear on every PDF page.
